Celebrating Our Partnership with Compleat Kidz & the Journey of Sierra Brown

We are so proud to have this incredible partnership with Compleat Kidz at their Apex location! 💙✨ This collaboration is a huge step forward in ensuring families have access to much-needed resources, and we are incredibly grateful to BCBA candidate Sierra Brown for her dedication to learning and supporting the families she serves. Thanks to this partnership, parents at Compleat Kidz can now find the Lyric’s Loft Brochure right in the clinic, making it easier than ever for them to access additional support when they need it most.

This partnership is particularly special to me because Sierra Brown holds a very unique place in my heart. She was actually my first BCBA student back when I lived in North Carolina. I remember the first day I met her, sitting in on her interview, and I’m not going to lie, when I heard her name, my first thought was, I do not want another Siera in this clinic. But I soon realized how incredibly special she was. It didn’t take long for me to see the passion, dedication, and natural talent she had for working with this population.

From the very beginning, I knew she was meant to do more in the field of ABA. I wasted no time in recruiting her to pursue her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), promising her that I would be by her side every step of the way. Through the years, we have navigated countless leadership changes, seen our clients grow and flourish, and, sadly, had to say goodbye to some who moved away. But through it all, one thing remained constant: Sierra Brown’s unwavering dedication to the individuals she serves.

Now, as she prepares for her board exam, I have no doubt in my mind that she will be one of the best BCBAs in the field. Her passion for helping children and families, her drive to continuously learn, and her commitment to ethical and effective practices make her a standout in this profession. Any clinic would be incredibly lucky to have her, knowing that she will always put her clients first and work tirelessly to ensure they receive the best possible care.

Sierra, I am beyond proud of you. You are going to change so many lives for the better, and I cannot wait to see all the incredible things you accomplish. Keep pushing forward, you’ve got this! 💙
