At Lyric’s Loft, we are continuously inspired by the generosity of those who support our mission. This past January, our President of NC Donations, Andrea Wofford, hosted a remarkable clothing drive in Cornelius, NC, delivering over 150 donation bags across the community.
What makes Andrea’s effort even more impressive is that she personally walked over 3 miles to distribute the bags, ensuring that every corner of the community was reached. Her dedication truly embodies the spirit of giving and service.
This initiative was also made possible with the support of our incredible local partners. A heartfelt thank you to Harris Teeter for donating the brown paper bags and to Staples for printing the flyers that were stapled to each one. Their contributions played a vital role in spreading the word and encouraging participation.
All collected donations will be redistributed locally to families with an autism diagnosis in need and to our partnered ABA clinics, ensuring that these much-needed items are directed to those who can benefit most.
We are incredibly grateful for Andrea’s leadership, hard work, and commitment. This clothing drive is a testament to the power of community collaboration, proving that together, we can make a real and lasting impact—one donation at a time.
